“CallPro Teams” Privacy Policy
One. General conditions
1.
1. We adhere to the principle of protecting the privacy of the personal data of users registered in the CallPro Teams application (“App”), and collect, process and use your personal data based on the consent given electronically.
2. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and use of user personal information. This policy complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of Mongolia, and will be subject to this law for specially regulated communications.
3. The following terms used in this Privacy Policy shall be understood and used in the following meanings. It includes:
1.” User” or “You” means the official, employees, and individual of the CallPro Teams service contracting organization;
2. “Data Controller” or “We” means the company that collects, processes and uses information based on the electronic consent given by the User;
3. “Information collection” means the activity of obtaining, compiling and recording information;
4. “Information processing ” means classification, storage, analysis, modification, deletion and recovery of information and their sum;
5. “Use of information” means application of information in operations, transmission, and access to information;
6. “Making it impossible to identify the user” means making it impossible to attribute information to a person or to make it impossible to identify an individual directly by name;
4. It is your responsibility to fully familiarize yourself with this Privacy Policy before registering for the App. Please decide independently whether to give Us permission to collect, process or use your personal information in accordance with these Terms.
5. In case of acceptance of the terms specified in the privacy policy, “Accept.” click and activate the section, and by performing this action, it is considered that the Data Subject has given electronic consent to the collection, processing, and use of his personal data.
6. If you refuse to accept the Privacy Policy, you have the right to submit the terms and conditions of refusal electronically via the https://www.callpro.mn/contact We will process your proposal within 14 working days after receiving it, and you will not be able to use the App service during this period.
Two. Our principles

2. Maintain and protect the accuracy and completeness of information within the framework of ensuring the privacy of user information.
3. After the user cancels the electronic consent to the collection, processing and use of personal data, his data will not be processed, used or collected again.
4. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be included whenever there are additional changes in legislation related to the collection, processing, and use of user personal information.
5. The Privacy Policy will be provided to the User and posted openly in the App.
Three. Basis and purpose of data collection, processing and use

2. Your personal data will be collected, processed and used for the following purposes: It includes
1. Create conditions for organizations to receive domestic telecommunication services through the App;
2. Know Your Customer (KYC);
3. Ensuring the implementation of the CallPro Teams Service Agreement concluded with the organization;
4. Continuously perform system development of the App;
5. To create a new easy communication solution in accordance with the development of information technology;
3.Personal information of users will not be collected, processed or used for commercial or commercial purposes.
Four. Data controller and contact information

1. On the basis of the electronic consent given by the user, the person authorized to collect, process and use personal data, or the person responsible for the data, is the Mongolian legal entity “CollPro” LLC.
2. You may submit requests, suggestions and complaints related to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy through https://www.callpro.mn/contact and the App’s “ You have the right to access the “Help” section and send it electronically.
Five. List of information collected, processed and used

- Includes password or electronic signature, active and inactive user status information.

- Number privacy
- Information about enabling or disabling of App settings such as voicemail and call forwarding, call history, recorded conversations, messages, chat files, text, images, voicemails, videos, polls, contact sharing, all electronic information, employees and including lists of contact information, information about blocked (blocked) records, and information about the extent and frequency with which contact information is shared with others.
3. Information relevant to the implementation of the CallPro Teams service contract with the organization . App usage reports, all information related to calls and messages and related reports;
4. Information related to data integrity. User log-in and log-out times, device records, user active and inactive records, wrong or repeated password records, one-time password lists, password change frequency, information about suggestions, requests, and complaints submitted by you and their resolution status depends on
5. Information aimed at the development of information systems and the introduction of new service solutions . It includes information about the type of services regularly used depending on the user’s position and duties, and information obtained with the help of cookies.
2. In the event that the Data Controller collects, processes and uses information other than as specified in this chapter, it shall amend the Privacy Policy and obtain electronic consent from the User.
Six. Time of data processing and use

1. The Data Controller collects, processes and uses personal data by providing electronic consent from the user.
2. The Data Controller will process and use the information until the termination of the Service Agreement concluded with the Organization, the execution of an act concluding the agreement, or the decision to deactivate the User’s account.
Seven. Whether to make the information public

1. In order to ensure the inviolability of the user’s personal information, the Data Controller will not take measures to disclose the information to the public.
Eight. Information transfer terms and information list

1. The Data Controller will transfer your personal information to other parties as listed in Chapter 5 of the Privacy Policy in the following cases, guided by the principle of the rule of law. It includes:
1. The order of the judge of the court of Mongolia was issued;
2. Prosecution decree issued;
3. Based on the number of offices approved by the prosecutor at the request of the law enforcement agency;
4. “Information processing ” means classification, storage, analysis, modification, deletion and recovery of information and their sum;
5. A request was made by an authorized official of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission within the scope of dispute resolution;
2. The App-based service offered by the data subject is an exclusive internal communication solution for the organization, and the organization has the right to receive and review relevant information for the user.
3. Your following information will be forwarded to the organization within the scope of ensuring the implementation of the Service Agreement concluded with the organization of the data subject. It includes:
1. Call logs, history and reports;
2. Usage (My) report;
3. Text, video, photo, voicemail, geolocation, file, and survey information sent through messages and group chats;
4. Information and history of received and missed calls;
5.Call list;
6. App usage statistics prepared in such a way that it is impossible to identify the user;
4. The Organization will use the User’s Personal Information obtained through the Data Controller within the framework of ensuring the implementation of the CallPro Teams Service Agreement and shall not disclose it to the public.
Nine. Form of cancellation of consent
1.
1. The User shall submit a request for cancellation of the electronic consent to the collection, processing and use of personal information provided to the Data Controller by logging into the “Help” section of the App.
2. The person responsible for the information shall notify the Organization within 14 working days after receiving the request to cancel the permit and resolve the request.
3. In case of cancellation of user’s data collection, processing, consent, the Data Controller shall stop processing and use the data and deactivate the registration.
Ten. Others
1.
1. As soon as there are amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy, the User is obliged to read and follow them, and the User is obliged to read the terms and conditions as they are made available in the App.
2. We are not responsible for any problems caused by the User not knowing or understanding the Privacy Policy and its amendments. The User will be open to questions and clarifications regarding the Privacy Policy.
